Acceptance
By using Genie's Wishlists ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a free, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for your own gift-planning.
Your data is your responsibility
In this version (V1) the app stores your data only on your device. We have no copy and cannot recover it for you. Please keep your own backups using Settings → Export, especially before changing or resetting a device. A future Pro version (V2) may offer optional remote storage and sharing; any such feature will be opt-in and described in updated terms before release.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
No accounts or fees
The app requires no account and is free for personal use.
Intellectual property
The app's name, design, and content are owned by us. The content you create remains yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
